Retail Return Policy

Return Period:

Items are eligible for return up to 60 days from date of purchase.

Return Conditions:

Items must meet the following requirements to be eligible:

1. All lumber must be in resalable condition i.e. No damage, cuts, stain, sanding, etc.

2. Original receipt must be provided for items purchased with cash

Final Sale Products:

All discounted or cull bin items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund/Exchange Process:

Qualifying items will have the full amount credited back (no restocking fees apply). There are two options for this credit:

i. A refund issued to the original payment method. Note: Credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to show up on credit card statements

OR

ii. Credit may be used towards an exchange for different product
